Tikiyah Hall

I was born in Morristown, New Jersey and am the youngest of three children.  At the age of 13 my family moved to Stone Mountain, Georgia and I have resided in the south since that time.  I have three children ages 18 years old 15 years old and 11 years old.

I have always loved to teach and watch as children explore and find their likes and dislikes.  After graduating high school I chose to become a pre-school teacher and studied early childhood education for six years.  For the past six years I have been a Nanny for several families in the Grant Park and Ormewood Park communities. I also served as a substitute teacher for the Grant Park Cooperative Preschool for the past four years where I had my introduction to Reggio Emilia.  I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to work with the educators and children of The Nest as we all continue grow.
